Some Things Are Unpredictably Funny

So remember the time I got the funny instructions for the lock? That was really unexpected, and I couldn't stop laughing for weeks! Literally! Anyway, I'm going to Virginia this weekend and I had asked TT to put 27 dresses on the netflix queue so I could watch it. Not only was he forced to add it reluctantly, but it came back to him in the most unexpected way. An email sent to him from his sister questioning his manhood included the following attachment:

Priceless!

My Old Blog

So this was supposed to be a personal diary of reflection, but it kinda went stagnant. I forget about it all the time! Maybe it is still a good idea to look at it once in a while just to see where I've been. I've been known to muddle up my memory and mesh things from different experiences into one (or create fictitious events in my mind and believe that they are real). Let's not even begin to talk about my memory of color. Maybe having multiple methods of recording my past will somehow clear things up a little when I need to. The problem is they're all over the place. And I will never finish consolidating my life into a single compartment where I can access everything I need. But I'll keep trying so I don't lose the important things.

No Particular Occasion

It's just a really hot Sunday afternoon in Davis, CA. 88F. I'm sitting here thinking that I'm already in my third year of veterinary school and have not really documented these past 3 years in any particular form. So, I decided that since in less than 3 weeks, I will hopefully be seeing the world through 20/20 vision without the aid of glasses or contacts, it is time for me to start seeing things from a different perspective. So this blog will hopefully help me to reflect on the simple things in life as I go through my day-to-day activities. Let's begin with one of my favorite things--FOOD!

Potatoes. They are sorta funny things. You can really do a lot with them. Now I'm hungry.
